Meet Our Founder

Krista Crockett, owner and founder of The Hire Channel, has an extensive background in the recruiting industry within the Philadelphia, New York City and Washington D.C. markets.

Prior to starting The Hire Channel, Krista was a recruiting manager at an international staffing agency where she was responsible for building enterprise-level business relationships with her clients. She’s personally worked with early stage start-ups, mid-sized businesses and Fortune 500 companies to recruit, hire and retain the best talent on the market. Krista prides herself on her commitment to providing the highest quality of personalized service to both the candidates and clients she represents.

When Krista’s father was on the job market after an established 30-year career with a large financial institution, he met with a handful of recruiting companies to aid in his search. It quickly became clear that the quality of service that some of them offered fell short. Too often, their services were impersonal and as a result, hiring managers missed out on meeting highly qualified people to fill their jobs. She recognized the need for more hard-working recruiters who would do their due diligence to provide everyone the individualized experience needed in today’s competitive job market. And so, The Hire Channel was born.
