A software product company in downtown Washington, DC is currently looking to hire a Customer Service Representative to help support their Accounts Payable and Tax software products. The person hired for the Customer Service Representative job will be responsible for answering incoming phone calls/emails and documenting them in the ticketing system, supporting the company’s software products by troubleshooting technology issues, and other system/business tasks as needed.

Required Skills

To qualify for the Customer Service Representative job in Washington, DC candidates must meet the following requirements:
